My granddaughter was placed with me by child social services. I've tried calling for 2 weeks for food assistance and financial assistance and her social worker nor her manager will call me back.
Called several times for elderly assistance for my mother who lives in Mobile county. The phone just rings several times and then goes dead. This is VERY poor customer service.
