I’ve applied for my recertifications but yet still haven’t receive my food stamps or emergency stamps at all please help me
This business is very unprofessional, rude, non attenative, a disgrace to the government period. My problem is that when my case was in Fort Valley for 2 1/2 years my caseworker always did my stuff on time and in a timely matter. At this facility they just do not care about anybodys kids or well beings. If they did they would do thier job. I do my review a month ahead of time turn in all documents the exact same day and you all still don't do my review and know I didn't get my Stamps for my kids. If you don't work the system has something to say and when you do work they always do what they want when they want. I work so that my kids can have a roof over their heads, water to bathe in, lights to see, and to put clothjes on their back. But see yall system so messed up yall want us to choose between taking care of our kids and payying bills or depend on yall. Well I'm a mother first and I'm going to always make something happen when its concerning my kids well being and if that means not pay a bill then so be it cause they have to eat and I ain't bout to sit and wait 4 months before my review is done. Get some people in there that want to work and will do their job when its suppose to be done. Stop using the same excuse they are behind, if you all that behind send the cases where they can be done. Signed A MAD MOTHER OF 4.......................... God Bless You All.
I visited this office once, but my concern is regarding telephone experience. For every number listed on paperwork and/or onsite, you can NEVER speak to a live person. All you get is a very long message telling you to call or leave a message. Also, on the notice regarding a telephone interview, it says "please all us..." and when you do, you get that same long message...NEVER A LIVE PERSON! This is ridiculous. I have been trying to contact the local office to discuss my application for medical assistance (my Part B premium). It seems like it is impossible to get to speak to anyone at this office!! Someone needs to address this issue asap since there are lots of people who need assistance in this city. Thank you, Frieda
