Same here. They just sit up there and collect a check. I've never been able to get a REAL person on the phone and they leave their mailboxes full on purpose so they don't have to answer the phone or actually do their job. I don't even know who my Caseworker is or another number to call.
You need to update your system. This automated system it's not helpful at all.
I have called the local office number only to get a mailbox that is full. I have called my caseworkers number only to get her mailbox that is full as well. I have called her supervisor only to get her mailbox that is full as well. You cannot get anyone on the phone to answer a question, what else can be done?
I'm very sorry that we have you as a people to help us (Chatham County DFCS Office) because you are not doing your job, pick up the phone and answer the calls that we are making to you.
If this is how government run healthcare works, we are in big trouble. I have been trying to reach someone at this office for 3 months, with no luck.
