Good morning, I received a letter on saying that they haven't received my re-qualification packet for our medical, I mailed it 1 or 2 weeks after receiving it & don't know what to do. I've been calling all week to get a recording saying call volume is heavy to call back later.
The worker on my case hasn't returned any of my calls...
My case worker has no clue about anything. I paid for a monitor service and they say well it will look bad for us if you pay when we are supposed to get you a monitor, well it's been 2 mths where is my visit? Oh you haven't done it yet so I paid and you still denied a dcfs approved monitor service that yall use.
I have not gotten a ck or nothing from this k pandemic.
E.S. my worker sucks.she didn't do any of my court orders she never lets me visit my kids.she doesn't even answer her phone. I need a new worker.
