How can I get in touch with them about an appointment?
I have called several times to my case worker, but his box is full. How can I get my food stamps back again. This is most impossible for a disabled senior citizen. I never had this problem in Cherokee County, or Fulton County.
Case manger never answers or calls back anytime i do talk to som1 they tell me they dont work for dfcs to call my case manager. How do you get your case resolved when the workers are never available.my daughter coverage has been cut off over a month the information they given me i have no idea how they got the incorrect information.
Tried to call the number. Listed says uts disconnected. My case worker Ms.Avery havent respond in a month from me leaving a message. I gett ssdi and is elegible for fs even thou my case say active i havent recieve nothing . My son turn 18 last october and was cut off of my ssdi so i submitted new renewal in november 2019 and march 2020 and havent heard anything back.
Not a coincidence these government agencies are making access harder for people who need it. The old Dekalb Workforce center location was next to the train station in downtown Decatur moved. Water company for payments was downtown across from train station moved. Even the power company downtown moved. Old location Of DFCS: outside train station. New location = harder access to people who use it & need it. All these places were together or near each other in a centralized location which even if you lacked a reliable automobile you could easily catch the train if you needed to go to more than one of them & they were located either next to or across from train stations
We calling numerous time this DCF. Just recording comes on. And that "they will get back" in 24-48 hours. That also not happening.. It's time for authority to look into this matter. NOT ACCEPTIBLE! Do they care about the kids? Like they saying? More likely they sleeping on job. No responsibility whats so ever! Shame on them.
Terrible! DeKalb does not follow the safety plan that the write out. I need to speak to supervisor. I was believe the case manager is not doing what best for my kids.
