Patient clerks who inform you how to scan docs and help with just anything you request with a smile. Very pleasant and helpful. Case worker responds well and voice mail is answered by a return call I'm helping my son as he is very ill...and this office works together to help me with this new experience Thank you to everyone!
Clerk at front desk was very helpful and patient...thank you. My son is so ill and she was very kind as well.
I had to reapply for food stamps so I went to lake Elsinore dpss and they told me to put it in drop box. I haven't been called or any thing that was a month ago.
I have not spoken with My Cal Fresh CALworks and Medi-Cal worker in a few months. My benefits did not post again, so for the third month in a row, I’ve had to call in for a manual fix. This time her voicemail will not allow messages. There is no manager contact info on the mailbox. The automated system says there’s no working operator. And the prompts after selecting “help” get to a message saying “there is no operator” and ends the call. The main line operator disconnects me after putting in my zip code and using my voice as a password. It doesn’t matter which program I select. All call attempts are disconnected.
