looking for heating assistance for low income of senior over 70 years old. I was getting help last year and tried to go on line for this year had no success with the computer. When i filled out the information they said my phone was not correct. I have a new phone for over a year now because someone else had the same number. I need to get heating assistance or not. Thanks in advance.
I have been waiting on my review to be done since February I Called all three case workers & no response. I need my stamps my kids are autistic and have medical needs. I've watched bad people on drugs walk-in y'all office and get help same day! If y'all can't help me with my review and give me a my stamps I was supposed to receive 03/13/2020 then can y'all please transfer my case somewhere that actually cares to help people in need. If y'all can't help and your workers do there jobs like there supposed to for honest people who really do need the help surely someone can help me because I always do my review a month early !!!
