Have been waiting for my supplemental debit card since March then May told I would receive it by two representative from two different offices then I found out by a third representative I had to go downtown to receive my debit card. I understand that it seems simple enough for some individuals who are able to make it downtown. But for some of us it's another headache to deal with in this ependimic period of time and dealing with financial and transportation issues for dealing with disability physically handicap not able to stand or sit for any length of time. I need debit card for medical appointment and future medication cost in next two weeks for back appointment have been unable to use supplemental payment since March and also need Sooner care card unable to print one. Any help would be greatly appreciated I will be trying to get in touch with a representative today to try to get issues resolved.

I have not visited your office. I am unsure if I can under this pandemic virus situation. I am been trying for the last week to get someone to answer the phone so I can get help with assistance with my electric bill and I was informed that you all might help with groceries or household needs through Walmart gift cards. It’s been a struggle for a Senior citizen who stopped working because of this virus. I been calling both DHS North and Downtown and no one has answered the phone.
