I missed my interview and with the notice I received it said to contact listed number to reschedule. I called and left messages 3 times to my caseworker before the 30days approached. And I got absolutely no response until now that I received a notice saying I'm inellegable due to missed appointment. Outrageous

Both ladies in this office were so helpful in every way possible. Every visit these two ladies go beyond being helpful. This service is very hard to find these days. 5 star rating!

I have been trying to apply for food stamps since December 15. Is the office open now or what steps do I take? I was positive for Covid in January lost work for 25 days and then got hit by a bus at a red light so I really need them. I really need someone to step me through this process.
