Reviews
This caseworker has not returned my calls or texts in over 9 weeks. She took my person information and SS# for a background check to help with a temporary custody situation with my grandson and ZERO responses. I've called the local and FL locations numerous times with no response....I'm trying to assist with the care as a responsible family member but this is absolutely unacceptable. I guess all the negative reviews are accurate based on my current experience. Shameful
Cannot get through to talk to anyone. It hangs up when it asks to talk to live agent. They say I need verification. But under verifications needed it says none. Then it says technical question for verification. No letter or notice or email sent to me at all about this. How is it humanly possible to know what is needed to get benefits? People are starving because of the mess DCF has started doing. Does anyone care? Who supervises or governs the organization to make sure they are actually doing a service to help people not go hungry or protect kids and vulnerable adults and elderly. This is the most frustrating I've been in a very long time because this means the difference in putting food in our mouth and going without.
This has been the worst for recertification. ..no one answers the phones...I have called numerous times and get no one ..how are you suppose to follow up then...? I filled out the information they (DCF) wanted also filled out the papers on line ...and still no answer.
I have been calling for a week straight to do my interview and no answer and the mailbox is always full. They denied me because I didn't do my interview but i couldn't get through. I have two babies.
yes visited last year to renew food assistance and all staff were very helpful..friendly and courteous.
I have been on the telephone for a very long time and no one is answering.Cannot do my interview for my benefits
