Reviews
I was great they help you with anything
Very unproffessional. They are there to serve the public. Recently got laid off from work, lost my housing.Went to apply for stamps.Got the assistance but needed to change my pin. Have been to the office twice to get my pin. TWO WEEKS LATER, I REPEAT TWO WEEKS LATER STILL NO PHONE CALL. I understand there is fraud going on,but it shouldn't take two weeks and two trips down to the office to change a pin. Most of them, no all of them need to take diversity and sensitivity classes over and to make matters most it is the SUPERVISOR who need the most. I don't remember her name but I will get it when I go back next week. Two times I talk to her she has a attitude and look down on people like they are nothing. MORE TRAINING IS NEEDED ESPECIALLY FOR THE SUPERVISOR. THEY NEED TO COME FROM BEHIND THE DESK AND ACTUALLY DEAL WITH THE PEOPLE, BECAUSE THEY FAIL TO REALIZE IT 'S THE PEOPLE THE REASON THEY HAVE THEY JOBS IN THE BEGINNING. JUST SO FRUSTRATED RIGHT NOW.
