Reviews
The worst agency ever. I filled out application twice online over 2 months and no reply or news from them at all, very dissapointed. I need my Snap Benefits.
Called all the numbers and never have a answer for interview, how I’m going to complete my stamp’s application if they don’t answer, I've been in a call for 3 hours and no answer, this is crazy.
Phone message needs to have an immediate access number so we don't have to listen to 5 mins of info before we can get a person.
I'm trying to help my son. He is in a dual-diagnosis drug and rehab facility. In fact, he has been in several facilities down there. He is currently in Broward County. He is currently getting food stamps in Florida. He is a Virginia resident with Virginia Medicaid as a secondary insurance; currently my husband provides Cigna as his primary. With the exception of being in rehab, he is homeless in Florida. He wants to cancel Virginia Medicaid and have Florida Medicaid. Can someone please advise us concerning this process and other services that he may qualify for. He has a history of learning disabilities, mental health diagnoses, suicide attempts, and drug/alcohol addiction. He is trying to find his first job. We are in the process of the Marchman Act for him as well. I've been on hold on the phone to speak with someone for over 20 minutes.
Have a friend who needs a room to rent, has low income and needs food stamps.
Gracias.
