The answer from the staff is to fill out another application and there are too many supervisors to give me just one. Let me transfer you and call is dropped. After it took about 3 days of calling to finally have that happen. Why are they not giving you a supervisor or case worker. Why do they care if anyone says anything about the Representative.They obviously don’t want the job anyway because they absolutely terrible when it comes to being able to help you.
I am IRRATE. For two months now I have attempted to get in contact with a live person. My access account is “locked” so I need a password reset. The reset option on the automated phone calls does absolutely nothing. I am a single mother of 3 and pregnant with my 4th. I have no car and no way of going in person to an office. Every time I call, regardless of what extension I try, I am told staff are too busy and then it immediately hangs up. I don’t even get the option to leave a call back message. I could not renew my benefits because I cannot access my account online and no one will answer the phone. My benefits are no longer available and I’m almost out of groceries. This needs to be fixed.
The agent's never answer the phone's and are horrible about returning phone call's, i have called for for two weeks straight left voicemails with an accurate call back number and still nothing, due to that i no longer am receiving benefits. How is that my fault, i did what i was told to do and still no one has returned my calls.

THE STAFF ARE RUDE AND THEY GET WEARY WHEN U ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR LIKE YOU ARE THERE TO TELL ON THEM!!
