Reviews
I agree with all other commenters this place is absolutely worthless.
I have been attempting to speak to some one for two days now. No one answering the phone, one voice mail box was full so no messages can be left. Phone tree options are unresponsive.
PEOPLE DON'T SEEM TO DO ANYTHING, NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, WHEN YOU CORNER ONE TO ASK FOR INFO ALWAYS AN EXCUSE, HOW FOR THEM NOT TO HELP OR ANOTHER HURDLE THEY ADD, THIS PLACE IS USELESS.
I have called over and over and over and over and over AGAIN! WHY HAVE A NUMBER AND MAILBOXES ARE ALWAYS FULL AND IF THEY ARE FULL THAT MEANS YOU ARE NOT CHECKING THE VOICE MAILS SO EVEN IF I COULD LEAVE A MESSAGE YOU WOULDN'T CALL ME BACK CAUSE YOU DONT CHECK YOUR MESSAGES.
I have attempted to call and request a replacement Medicaid card 2x and both times never reached a live person. Instead, a recording stated someone will be with me shortly. After waiting on hold literally for 3 hours both times, I finally hung up.
I HAVE CALLED 6 AND COUNTING TIMES AND NO ONE HAS ANSWERED NOT ONCE.
Como puedo hacer un cierre de mi caso y transferir para Puerto Rico?
Really, all they care about is getting their paycheck. They don't care about nothing else that's the bottom of line. I tried calling the hotline service on kids who were severely abused and I could never get through. Really that's a hotline.
For the past 2 months I have been attempting to get services for my elderly mom who lives in Ocala,Florida, I live in Maryland, My father, her husband passed away in February 2020 and the assistance she receive was terminated in error. Her new application was approved in March as told to her by the case worker, but she failed to send the card. I also requested a card, online, 3 weeks ago thinking the first card have been lost in the mail.... Still none. I understand the coronavirus is urgent, but this is not the way to treat anyone, especially my elderly mom. If someone could respond to this email, with good contact information, I would really appreciate it. Sorry for any inconvenience.
I am under dcf care right now. I don't want to be here. I need help to get out here. if you send a person to talk to me I will explain all.
