Pasco County DCF Offices

I've been waiting for an investigative report for weeks... I've sent all info in.... it's a time sensitive report....no response in weeks....

I did my review 2 months ago and submitted everything that was requested. Been trying to get in touch with someone since then as well. Left so many voicemails and spent hours on the phone just to get a message saying all reps are busy helping other callers. Please try my call again later. Then hung up on me. I even get that after I finally get a live person who then needs to transfer me cause i need a supervisor to help me. Been told they dont know why i was sanctioned when i did what was asked or why my application got denied. Ive called so many times in 2 months and called several different numbers that were on letters ive gotten from them. No one calls back. The wait times on the phone are like 45 mins for next available rep. Ive even tried the option to be called back when its my turn in que just to wait again with no answer. Waited and waited. I got my call back 10 mins before 5pm. Just to be on hold again with no answer. Guess they left for the day. I know when i do finally speak to a supervisor im gonna make a complaint. The message on their voicemail says they will return our call within 24hrs. Ha, its been 2 months and at least 2-3 messages a wk later and not 1 returned call yet. I'm so stressed over this system that i think the government needs to revamp it somehow. People need help now not whenever is convenient for this system.

How do I reapply if the online service keeps telling me to make a new account, when all I am trying to do is recertify, and when I do make a new account, they say there is an account on file already, but won't let me log in, I have called 4 different numbers and stay on the phone for hours on end.

How to know about my status?

Have been trying now since the middle of May to see about food stamps without any luck . Received letter to call and finish my phone interview but never can get anyone, left all information for them to call back but no luck after calling them 18 days in a row.

Am trying to reply for food stamps, recived letter to call DCF to finish application within two working days from receiving letter. Have been trying for two days and leaving my name and numbers they keep asking for but no call backs yet.

Have called multiple times and left messages that were to be returned in 24 hours. Desperately need answers and no one has helped. These people are totally incompetent! I'm going to hire an attorney and see if then I can get some answers! Peoples lives are dependent upon this department and no one seems to care!!

I need some information about a temporary custody by extended family agreement, if there's any limitations or standard rules that come with the paper I signed like an expiration date or how I terminate the agreement.

I am disabled and have been on the phone with No One for over N hour and food stamps called me back. Trying to refill for food stamps and medicade.

Have not visited office but am currently dealing with members of dcf staff out of Pasco County and it is an absolute joke. Ridiculous the way they are handling things
