Grants pass office rep can't call the number you leave, and your can't reach them by phone ever.... Leaving a message don't help.
Don't bother calling in. You'll be on hold for far too long, asked to verify your info then immediately they hang up on you. If you don't want to help people get a different job, quit being lazy, people depend on your help at the job you were hired for.
I kept trying to get my 94 year old gma snap benefits and the representives kept hanging up on me after I was on hold for over an hour
I just have to tell someone in the grants pass office just how wonderful of a job there staff is doing a great job specially a very sweet and very attentive and very welcoming. .. I didn't get a birth date or a blood type but her name was Cassie and she was absolutely the most helpful. I honestly was in a panic and she helped get everything worked out with and help ease my mind. So thank u Cassie!
I’ve always been treated with a great deal of respect when I go to the office. However I have found that while I was there the paperwork wasn’t filed and I miss placed my EBT food credit as well as my AUL care credit. Now we’re COVID-19 I can’t get any help I am without insurance and I’m without food what’s a girl to do?
