This is so sad how so many people have same complaint already and still now in 2023 nothing has changed…

I am very, very frustrated with trying to get someone on the phone. First of all, the caseworker's phone number is disconnected, and good luck getting anyone else on the phone, all you get is a busy signal or all these choices, push 1 or 2, enter this enter that. Give me the option to leave my phone number. That way I am not wasting hours and hours trying to talk to someone. Why is this so difficult?

Tried for 2 weeks leaving messages and can't log into my account due to they say password changed. Drove over to see in person and the address on the letter and website are not correct. These people wont return calls. They are totally incompetent at doing their jobs. Forget getting thru on the web or phone. Your wasting your time.

I have been attempting to contact this business for 3 weeks now. I am unable to contact anyone, The "case manager" and supervisor are not answering calls or returning them. Someone needs to fix this issue. It is completely unacceptable to leave people without care at anytime but definitely during an entire pandemic.

I visited the office on July 27th. I received a letter in the mail regarding renewal for food stamps. When I went into my account I saw it was active until next year. My medicaid however was cancelled and I cannot afford to go without coverage due to a medical condition. I visited the office and it was closed. I have called and left numerous messages and have not received a call back. Not sure what else to do

Hello, I'm a Children's Social Worker in Los Angeles, CA and need to refer a father in Lawrenceville, GA to some court ordered programs. Do you have a list/ packet that you provide to parents that I may be able to give to him? I'm not familiar with your community based services and hope you can guide me in the right direction. Thank you.

I have contacted this location several times with no positive results. I live 2 and hours by bus from this location and I have a child. I have been in GA for a year now and have only spoken with one of the many representatives at the desks in the lobby. I have NOT spoken to or have even been given the name of my caseworker. I have been on the SNAP program in both Texas and Colorado and have received better customer service than I have at this office. The representatives sit at their desks and look bored and have the " I dont care if you if your documents go through" look on their faces. This is really bad. I was in the office on June 28, 2019, and I did not get the opportunity to speak with a caseworker, the desk representative told me that it will take up to 30 days to process my renewal application. I havent received any phone calls or correspondence in the mail about any missing documents or information. I call the phone number only to be placed on hold so long that the call gets dropped and I call back and I get the automated phone service. please help me. Thank you for your time

Ive been in this office very unprofessional workers I don't see how some of them are even working in the office. I got off work picked up my kids to handle a case that was closed not denied but closed which Ive been in food stamps which helped me a lot being a single mother in all and to be closed from gwinnett county. Ridiculous, how it closed when I clearly inputting documents to show proof of what they've asked so i went in person mind you in the office no one pays you no mind you're sitting for hours with no clear explanation of why case was closed and furthermore the case work was Mr. W. What these folks failed to realized after this whole government shutdown a lot of families has been effected by this so for them to closed a case with no explanation and no help at all and homeless im barely making it with my two children so this is extremely rough for me.
