Reviews
I am a normal low income family of 5. I do everything that I am supposed to do in a timely manner. Yet, my case gets closed. And for what? Because they fail to tell me that I have a phone interview on this date, but don't know I have a phone interview til I receive a letter in the mail. What happened to a "courtesy" call? I have done everything that I am SUPPOSED to do. Right down to dotting my I's and crossing my T's. You would think that because we're STILL in a pandemic & many have lost their jobs because of COVID, that they would NOT close your case for ANY REASONS! I have no job, no way to put food on the table. My children's medical is about to be closed as well. To me, it seems that this office doesn't care about you or your family. Doesn't care that you cannot find a job right now, because of COVID. Doesn't care that you have 2 children with mental behavior problems. Doesn't care that a member in the household has Epilepsy. Before COVID hit us hard last year, I was being canceled every 6 months. I did EVERYTHING I was supposed to do. But I guess it wasn't good enough for them. What does a mother have to do to get someone in this facility to do something "correct" for a change? Call before phone interview, instead of sending a letter & receiving letter same day as interview, would be for starters.
IVE TRIED UNSUCCESSFULLY TO CONTACT THIS OFFICE BY PHONE AND NEVER GET AN ANSWER.ONE TIME IT WILL RING CONTINUOSLY THEN HANG UP THE NEXT TIME I CALL IT STAYS BUSY. WHEN SOMEONE FINALLY ANSWERED IT WAS A FRIGGIN RECORDING AND NO ONE ACTUALLY ANSWERED THE CALL.THEN FOR SOME FRIGGIN REASON THE CALL CHANGED TO SPANISH.
I've been trying to reach my caseworker for almost three weeks. My snap case is closed due to not being able to reach her. Please give me a cal.
