Is the Boyle county office open on Saturdays?
I have visited the Danville office many times thru the years and I must say they have always been most helpful on whatever reason for my visit.I had one worker that always went above herself to make sure my questions were answered and That was TL. I dont want to post her name but anyone that is familiar with this office knows who I am talking about, she no longer is an employee there. Thanks to all the workers at DCBS YOU ALL HAVE BEEN WONDERFUL!
I have had a very negative experience with this department. I have requested a method to discuss a case in writing and was refused to be permitted that method of correspondence. I feel it is absolutely necessary and my right to have my questions and the answers documented for legal purposes. I feel this refusal is an absolute right as a citizen for my own protection. I will continue contacting government officials until the situation is remedied. Bradford Smith bsmith1979@live.com
