Reviews
I have made over 10 + attempts, via email and calling, to get help for my family through carter county family services, we have recently drove to the office, as directed, only to not be helped there as well. Now, its being told to me that your workers are currently working from home. Now I am here to WHAT! I will be contacting a higher level of government today to make sure they are aware that carter county family services workers....that are "working from home" are doing nothing. My family just finally got healthcare coverage, after 1 ENTIRE MONTH OF BEING IGNORED BY CARTER COUNTY FAMILY SERVICES STAFF! WE HAVE NO FOOD, AND should be entitled to county emergency services, especially since our moving here is a last resort for our family due to coronavirus. My daughter and myself are enrolled tribal members, and never once have I seen such behaviors in regards to these services, that SHOULD BE EASILY AND READILY AVAILABLE AND ACCESSIBLE. I never make accusations without the necessary tools needed to cover them.
