Hello, I am reaching out to talk to a manager or supervisor about my social worker . She never shows up for Scheduled appointments. I think she only showed up once out of the five we were supposed to have . Also, I recently had an appointment with my doctor and was informed that my social worker Called . She told the doctor false information that has absolutely nothing to do with my children or my case . She told my doctor About a criminal Court case that is still going on - Then told my doctor not to Tell me she told Her about that ? That is extremely unprofessional To gossip like this- and she had no right to call my doctor and give her false information . she never has even asked me about this court case . She assumed I stole a credit card and told my doctor that. That is not at all what happened.. my Identity was stolen, someone opened a checking account in my name and tried to cash a fake check through mobile deposit. I would like to discuss this further because she also has been telling other people I know information about me.
