Been trying to reach someone for a month. Mailbox stays full. Even emailing does nothing. Sad to say but no one cares.
IM TRYING TO CALL FOR PROOF OF INCOME AND THEY KEEP SENDING ME TO THE SAME NUMBERS OVER AND OVER
I am trying to get in touch with them. And I keep getting nothing but runarournds.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY FOOD STAMP CARD, YOUR VOICE MAIL IS FULL SO I CAN 'T LEAVE YOU A MESSAGE.
I applied for food stamps and did not get call from my case worker I am trying to find out what is going on with my food stamps.
I am entitled to the Medicaid Program. Today at this Muskogee county DFACS office i had unsatisfactory service and my case has not been resolved. Ms Simmons and Ms Williams did not help me.. apparently nobody is doing their job in this office - it is negligence. I did appeal to their supervisor at 706-649-7293 - there was a message left - but i have not been able relate my needs or experience to this person face to face. i have been seeking help from DFACS offices from La Grange to Atlanta - turning in hard copy and computer applications since January 24, 2020. the Atlanta office did verify a technician error about 2-3 weeks ago - in that whoever input my information in the computer did not update my case with my current address or phone number.....so i am still waiting to get things straightened out - i go in person - so from Columbus to Atlanta somebody needs to be able to get this done for me - I was hoping that Columbus could do the job for me - once again they have failed to help me. indeed who is in charge here?
I am having trouble with this office/case worker very rude. They're telling me that they are behind since may, and are short staffed. I have a diebitic daughter and no transportation I cannot work due to My disability. My stamps have already been cut for a family of five. And now I haven't recieved any for the month. Something needs to be done with this office. Who is in charge? Who can I speak with? Looking for resources, anyone who could help.
