I have been trying to call the office downtown for weeks. A great example is my experience today. I called the phone tree says dial zero to get to an operator.. I dialed zero, and it goes to another phone tree that says dial an extension. I put in zero again and it says it's incorrect. long story short. I have 2 clients with severe MH issues I am trying to help. I am trying to see if I need to bring them into the office or if I can talk to someone to address the issues and get the clients their oregon trail card. Taking 2 clients with schizophrenia into an area that has multiple issues is something I would like to avoid if possible. I am willing to bring them in but would like to see if something easier can be done to help them.
