Yes I have visited this office and been to the court !! Of course once again no communication that is after I was told it had to be okayed through my daughter that I be able to know about the case and she told them right there outside of the courtroom it was okay! I filled out all the paperwork to get my grandkids placed in my home but was told to hold off on fingerprints which I think is their way of prolonging things! It didnt take that long to place them into a great aunts home where I might add they didnt want to go !! Jennifer the DCS case worker lied to my grandson and told him she would see about getting them back into familiar family by end of weekend , It was never even brought up in the court hearing! She also told me and my husband that we would be able to get them anytime we wanted as long as not a school night! Another lie!! I got them for 1 overnight visit and then asked for them again and was told We were only allowed 1 overnight per month which I might add is ridiculous! We cared for those boys for over 4 years at one time when them and the mom lived here , but now all of a sudden we arent good enough when we were the only safe haven those boys knew then she was allowed to move from place to place then finally had no more options because she chose to not work and couldnt have her way and was found homeless with kids in vehicle! They are letting a father in prison make a decision on placement of the chjld too when he has been in jail and prison pretty much their whole life and knows nothing of anything going around outside of those walls except heresay that is a lot of lies !
This office is the poorest excuse of an agency set out to protect children! You've allowed childen to remain in homes where they have been exposed to guns on more than one occasion, sexual assault between minor children and no follow up to make sure the children get counselling after the "investigation", unstable parents and step parents who don't get the counselling they need any more than they get it for their children. And the CPS Answer - we have a safety plan in place. HAAAA!!! Not one of these parents are following that and there is no follow up from CPS to ensure it is being followed. Keep up the good work!
I have been calling the noble county office trying to get ahold of Jennifer . No one from the office has answered or even to return a call. This is very disappointing because my daughter is in serious need of help and no one is answering the phones. Dcs is also not holding up their end of an agreement and I would like to talk to Jennifer about this matter. I would really appreciate to hear from you.
