Reviews
Very nice and friendly, but my problem is my benefits didn't load today.
While I appreciate (and rely on) the services of DHS, it is baffling that I cannot submit an appeal for foodstamps via email in the year 2022. It is going to be a whole day long process of me having to go get my prepared form printed, then I have to hand deliver it and presumably justify myself by pointing to my empty bank account. I hardly have money to waste so spending the extra time and money to do this is gratuitous when every dollar counts.
The phone system is less than desirable. I have called this number three times. Two of those times the phone went completely dead and had to call back after an hour wait each time. This is not an acceptable situation.
I need to get work clothes and dust a regular referral for free clothing form a poor person with no money to buy clothes ever. Do you know who can help me with this problem?
No Services for autism, No school, Awesome, I am glad My taxes cover it!
You can’t reach anyone through the phone and they have no email. They said they would help with supplemental EBT for food loss in the ice storm and power outage and to “call your local office” but their phone goes to no one and no message center and has no option to look up a directory on the phone or on their website. Enormously unhelpful. I feel screwed over.
Why do not you share your work email with your customers. How are we supposed to communicate with you. You do no t answer your phone. This is not customer service.
I was trying to report change but can't reach anyone
