Reviews
These people have no compassion. I have seen them IN COURT laughing and having a good old time. They do not care about helping families. I feel sorry for any family to has to deal with these people. They are mean and just DO NOT CARE.
I visited this location with my insurance agent, to apply for medicaid. These employees need retraining. They are dysfunctional. If they spent half the time serving the people, instead of gathering in the front office, imagine how effective they would be. They have a very bad attitude toward the people they are suppose to be helping. They should be thankful they have a job. I am so glad my insurance agent was with me to witness the dysfunction.
I am needing to make changes in regards to my SNAP and I am unable to come to the office currently. Can I do it online?
Great Staff Very Helpful. Very fast at getting the Job Done. Would recommend
