OPEN THE OFFICE BACK UP ANSWER THE PHONE NO SENSE IN BEING CLOSED STILL WHEN EVERYTHING IS OPEN OPEN UP
ABSOLUTELY CRAZY FOR THE OFFICE TO STILL BE CLOSED OFF TO PUBLIC WHEN EVERYTHING ELSE IS OPEN. CANNOT TALK TO AN ACTUAL PERSON A RECORDING OPEN BACK UP.
I received a letter about my father from WCSS dated Feb 09, 2021. I called the local number on the letter 5 times and left messages. One person called me back and said that someone had transferred my call to her and that she was the wrong person to speak with. She assured me she would have the correct agent contact me that day. I have never received a call. The deadline to talk to someone about a possible appeal is March 16 and I cannot get anyone to return my call. I am very disappointed and somewhat distraught. My dad is 79 and I am his advocate and listed on his papers as an allowed contact person.
I have not heard anything about my heating asst. Can I please help me .I usually here something b4 this. What's going on?
Cannot get in touch with anyone due to their being closed off right now. Their staff needs to answer the phone instead of some dumb recording and pressing this and that all the time. Open the office back up with limited people coming in
Impossible to reach anyone at this office. It's a disgrace when people are facing such hardships!
Very unprofessional caseworker BJ was co-opted by the mother and grandmother of my grandchild and, in fact, was sent to my son's home (I was there) by them along with police. B bought into their lies rather than being neutral and professional. Later, she ordered my grandson delivered to the mother and grandmother, both of whom regularly have gotten drunk together in the past while responsible for his care along with that of another child. I told B they were both notorious drinkers and she just laughed it off. I am very disappointed in the quality and professionalism of this caseworker and her supervision.
This office is staffed with incompetent people who are play favorites and are seriously unprofessional. More later.
