The Division of Children and Family Services is responsible for safety of children and youth in Arkansas. DCFS is responsible for child abuse and neglect prevention, protective, foster care, and adoptive programs.

I received a letter today from my case worker saying that the investigation they was having on false allegations from an actual special person retarded if u will excuse the word was considered to when the case was on my mother for abandoning my daughter in feb when my daughter called me and i had a officer meet me and gave my daughter to me. Now for 3 months i have cooperated fully, passed drug test and im not understanding why or how neglect for inadequate supervision when i still have my daughter./
